How not to have a bad day.

depression, worry, stress, fear, anxiety, sorrow, grief, anger, children, family, illness, life problems, stress management, overloaded, bad day, prayer, meditation, prayers that work, peace, me time, relationships, divorce, cheating, affairs, revenge, spouse, scripture, christian, life help, coaching, life coach, control, moods, feelings, emotions,

My grandmother always kept a calendar by her bed, and every day in that calendar she would write good day or bad day depending on how the day went, there were a lot of bad days. She became bitter and angry no matter how hard we would try to cheer her up nothing helped.

She lost her joy. That's what bad days do. They put you in a mood where even the good in that day is over shadowed by the bad.

How not to have a bad day.

We have all had those days, where things are just bad and no matter how hard we try to make it better it just ends up being a bad day. If we have enough bad days in a row, those emotions and feelings start to settle and become apart of our persona. These can effect our relationships at work, home and anywhere else we have to interact with others.

When we start our mornings, we are usually bombarded with life stuff, stress, anxiety, worry, fears, things we need to do, things we wished we didn't do, the list can go on and on, and all this happens before our feet hit the floor.

I want to let you know you have the authority to set the tone for your day, not saying you are not going to have a bad day ever again, but you will learn how to deal with them better and stop the steam roller effect they can have on you.

"As I began doing this on a daily basis I started to notice my days got better and as I got more in depth with it, I began to notice, that on the days I didn't do it, I felt not so good."

When to set the tone for your day

When my day begins I reach over and check my phone, to find out if I over slept or not.
I lay back down and stair at the ceiling and think to myself about my day, and wait for coffee.
While coffee is brewing I find a sermon to watch, just to get the word of God flowing through the house, doesn't matter who it is, I have a few favorites, who I like to call da boys, even though their are a few girls in the mix.

Coffee time is God time

This is my time with God, as long there is coffee in that cup I am talking to God and I don't want to be interrupted. Why? Because I am setting the tone for my day, and if I talk to you, before I talk to God, odds are, it wont go well. So choose a time that is right for you, even if you have to wake up a little earlier, Promise it will be worth it.

Commute time is God time

Traffic is never fun, but it can be useful. On those days where there is no time for coffee or staring at the ceiling, I set the tone for my day during my commute, I like this because, I can speak out loud and people think I am singing along to my favorite tune. (windows up, of course.)

Shower time is God time

This is one of my favorites, Setting the tone for my day in my morning shower, some of my best conversations with God took place there. Something about the water makes it better.

Cleaning time is God time

Oh, How I love this one, a good worship playlist, hair up, sweats and a tee, I'm all in.
When I clean my family clears the zip code, because I will just remind them of how dirty they are.
Even washing the dishes somehow becomes, well different.

So now that you have some ideas on when to do it, lets get to it.

"I love praying scripture because, well
It is Gods word and it never returns void, it does what it says. It is powerful, it is a light, it is perfect."

Prayer/Meditation: For the day.

Thank you heavenly Father for this beautiful day,
Thank you for your ever lasting love and kindness.

Thank you for choosing me and purchasing me
As your special possession, as a royal priest hood
And of a holy nation, to declare your praises.

Lord, I pray that you grant me the peace which transcends all understanding,
That you Will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

I pray you give me wisdom and revelation to know you better,
for strength to do all that I am called to do today.

I pray that you Lord meet all my needs according to your
Riches in glory of Jesus Christ.

I pray Lord that you keep me far from oppression and fear,
That terror will be far removed and not come near me.
that through your love for me I can conquer all things
Set before me this day.

I pray Lord that I may triumph through the blood of the lamb and
the word of my testimony, that through you all things are possible.

I pray and trust that you Lord will work out all things for my good this day.

In Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.

Praying Scripture.

"This has been my daily prayer for a while now, every time I am facing something, I feel is out of my control I speak this verse to myself, reminding me that God will work it out and make it right."

I hope this helps, Stay blessed - Laurie

The Fate of your Relationship, who to trust.

Cheating, affairs, divorce, trust, marriage, relationships, who to trust, women, empowering women, graced for life, life coaching, life coach, infidelity, love,

We all have questions on whether or not our partners will remain faithful to the relationship. In our relationships we cant avoid having these feelings or questions, especially if we have experienced this kind of hurt or pain before. This can leave you feelings distant and reluctant to trust a person in a relationship again.

Think about how satisfying your relationships can be with complete trust in your partner. Knowing that they are remaining true.

The Fate of your Relationship, who to trust.

As far as trust goes, Abraham has got it down pat. He trusted God with everything, he trusted so much that he offered up his son in obedience to God. He knew God would make a way, where there visibly wasn’t a way.

4 On the third day Abraham raised his eyes and saw the place from a distance.
5 Abraham said to his young men, "Stay here with the donkey,
and I and the lad will go over there; and we will worship and return to you."

He stated his faith, He declared his outcome, not paying attention to doubts and fears that were going through his mind, He knew who his God was and Gods love for him.

Abraham trusted in Gods love for him, he trusted in Gods promises, that through them no hurt would come to him or his family. That’s the kind of trust we need in our relationships today.

Learning to trust again

It is possible and not hard,
If you know who to put your trust in.

Even if your starting over again, this time it's different, this time you have God!
Understanding and living in the trust that no weapon formed against you shall prosper.

Trusting God with the fate of your relationship.

The Scriptures teach us that we should put our trust in God, not man.

1 To you, Lord, I call; you are my Rock, do not turn a deaf ear to me. For if you remain silent,
I will be like those who go down to the pit.

2 Hear my cry for mercy as I call to you for help, as I lift up my hands toward your Most Holy Place.

6 Praise be to the Lord, for he has heard my cry for mercy.

7 The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me. My heart leaps for joy, and with my song I praise him.

8 The Lord is the strength of his people, a fortress of salvation for his anointed one.

9 Save your people and bless your inheritance; be their shepherd and carry them forever.

Trust gives you the ability to free yourself from insecurities, vulnerability and intimidation and more. Trust, to be yourself without consequences, worry or stress.

Not according to anything you do, but completely relying on God, Knowing that God loves you so much He wont allow hurt or harm to come to you. Now that’s trust you can depend on.

Hope this helps, stay blessed. - Laurie

This song has richly blessed me, I hope it blesses you as well.

Knowing Who you are and why it matters.

gracedforlifecoaching.com

Knowledge is power.

Lets say their was a check written out to you for a large sum.
It was never sent to you, but rather it sat there on a desk.

On the desk it just a piece of paper with writing on it,
but in your possession its way more valuable, why?

Two reasons
1. It’s for large sum of money
2. It has your name on it.

That means that you and you alone have the authority cash this check.

What if I told you their was a check with your name on it and
that it is not only your job to locate the check, but cash it as well.

Knowing Who you are and why matters.

Everyday more and more people either lose or never come to realize
who they are and the authority they have in their lives.

These are people who sit back and watch life pass them by,
these are people who give up on their goals, desires and dreams,
who allow negative people and circumstances to dictate the course of their lives.

The problem is most people have is that they either don’t know how to access
their authority or even worse, they don’t know they have it.

Sure, life happens, we cant stop it, but we can learn how to overcome
negative situations, heal from negative circumstances and live a
life of peace, joy, satisfaction, prosperity and health, in all abundance, in every area of life.

Today, I would like to give you a glimpse of who you are,
as well as your authority to navigate through life by sharing with you some truths.

You are not your circumstances.
You are not your situations.
You are not your habits.
You are not your past.

gracedforlifecoaching.com

Every aspect of you was divinely designed with the utmost love and care.
There isn't one ounce of your persona that isn't adored.
All your goals, desires, intentions are all carefully taken under consideration at all times.
There are more thoughts about you than there is sand on the shore.

You are the child of a King.
As the child of a King you have certain rights and privileges that you are entitled to.

You are/have/can:

Incorruptible.
Overcome.
Conqueror.
Wisdom.
Far from oppression.
Do all things.
Chosen.
Redeemed.
Delivered.
Elected.
Healed.
Complete.

There is nothing out of reach or to far off that you cannot attain or accomplish,
all you have to do is access it.

Knowing who you are changes things, situations and circumstances,
knowing your authority changes everything, with you at the center.

Its time to assume your authority as architect and designer of your life.
Its time to work, love and live your life in your authority.
Its time for you to know who you truly are in your authority.

If you have questions about your authority please let me know by
leaving a comment or follow this blog.
I pray this helps, stay blessed. - Laurie
